As physicians, we all recognize the importance of helping future colleagues find the right place to train, grow, and ultimately serve their communities.
That's why the Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati Foundation and the Cincinnati Medical Association have launched MATCH Cincinnati—a grant-funded weekend experience that introduces medical students to Cincinnati's healthcare community, physician mentors, and the opportunities that make our region an exceptional place to train and build a career. The program will welcome up to 100 medical students from across the Midwest this August.

The weekend includes physician mentorship, specialty exploration, curated experiences throughout Cincinnati, and practical workshops focused on preparing for residency and early career decisions. Hotel accommodations are provided, and travel scholarships are available.
